Transporting your bike does not have to suck! Yakima or Thule makes a rack system for almost every car or SUV out there! Not cheap but well worth it every time you get finished with a muddy mountain bike ride and you don't have to jam your expensive bike in the back of your expensive car and risk damage to both!
